What You'll Do
  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments to meet patient goals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve patient outcomes.
  • Assist in program development and community outreach efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, laws, and internal policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members, tailoring approaches to diverse populations.
What You Need
Required:

  • Current physical therapy license in Louisiana
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and related technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to patient needs and schedule fluctuations
Preferred:
  • Experience in acute or outpatient settings
  • Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and best practices
