Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all the dots to ensure members find everything on their shopping list. Depending on your shift, your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced, physically demanding role can feel like being paid to go to the gym. Qualifications You thrive in fast‑paced environments. You prioritize member satisfaction. You adapt quickly to changing work scenarios. You solve problems proactively to ensure task completion. You can lift boxes and other heavy objects weighing more than 25 pounds. Key Responsibilities Promptly unload trucks. Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store. Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom. Engage with vendors and drivers positively. Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area. Provide member service, including guidance, purchasing support, and issue resolution. Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor presentation: zoning, stocking, arranging, organizing merchandise; cleaning displays; removing damaged goods; pricing and signing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages. Monitor food and merchandise quality: product rotation, code‑dating, product recalls, sanitation standards, promotional display. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities and deadlines, and communicating progress.
