What the Job Looks Like:

Youll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Jersey City creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling documentation support and coordination you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if youre newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.

Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we cant fill your schedule and cant replace a cancellation you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.

Compensation:

Part-Time W-2:

• $55$65 per visit based on experience.
• $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

Full-Time:

• $55$85 per visit.
• Visit-based pay brackets: Visits are paid according to the bracket they fall into. The higher rate applies only to visits within the higher bracket.
• Salary option available for full-time clinicians.
