Skilled Light-Duty Maintenance Tech & GroundskeeperWe're seeking a hands-on professional to keep our property operating smoothly and looking its best. You'll perform light building maintenance and daily exterior upkeep so tenants and visitors experience a clean, safe environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform light maintenance: replace lamps/ballasts, change HVAC filters, tighten hardware, repair door closer's, minor plumbing (faucets/flush valves), basic drywall/paint touch-ups.Conduct routine inspections, document issues, and close work orders on time.Provide grounds care: police lots and walkways, empty exterior bins, remove debris/cobwebs, light landscaping, seasonal tasks (ice melt/snow at entries).Pressure wash as needed and support small projects.Coordinate vendors as required and communicate clearly with property management.Safely operate hand/power tools and follow company safety procedures (PPE, LOTO, SDS).Qualifications2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, building services, or grounds keeping (commercial preferred).MUST be able to communicate in English read/writeWorking knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (no license required).Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and remain on your feet throughout the shift.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.Eligible to work in the U.S.; able to pass background and motor-vehicle checks.Nice to HaveExperience with CMMS/work-order applications.Light systems troubleshooting and minor repairs.OSHA-10 or similar safety training.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $21–$24 per hour DOE; overtime-eligible.Benefits: Employer pays 50% of medical/dental/vision; 401(k); uniforms/PPE; training and advancement opportunities.
