Sales Specialist

Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a remote, commission based position focused on building and managing relationships with clinics, healthcare practices, research organizations, and distribution partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, presenting APC’s peptide product portfolio and capabilities, and guiding prospective clients through account onboarding and purchasing processes. The role involves conducting product and process trainings for client teams, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal operations and customer support to ensure accurate documentation and timely fulfillment. The Sales Specialist will track opportunities and performance in CRM tools, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help refine APC’s sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clinical and research clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Training experience to deliver product and process education to clinics, staff, and distribution partners.
• Candidates should have experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related fields; peptide or wellness industry knowledge is a plus.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, using CRM and digital collaboration tools, and managing their schedules independently.
• Candidates should have a track record of ethical selling, attention to documentation and regulatory considerations, and strong organizational skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in B2B healthcare sales.
