Leading a team of verification specialists, the full-time Associate Manager, Operations will drive execution on team goals, maintain high standards of operational excellence, and oversee performance management while working onsite in Nashville, Tennessee. Key responsibilities Manage performance, coaching, and professional development of the verification team while overseeing attendance and schedules Track metrics, prepare reports, and escalate critical issues to leadership while ensuring team deliverables meet company standards Analyze quality failures and implement corrective action plans to address performance trends and operational inefficiencies Required qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in call center management, operations, or team management 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role 2+ years of experience leading projects or teams to achieve common goals Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to establish relationships across various levels
