Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves selecting and placing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment during open heart surgeries. The candidate must be proficient in scrubbing on at least two surgical specialties, including cardiovascular procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, current basic life support certification, certification as a surgical technologist, registration with a State Regulatory Agency, one to two years of experience in a surgical technologist role OR three to four years in a surgical technologist role, ability to scrub proficiently on at least two surgical specialties, manual dexterity, and the ability to maintain professional decorum in highly stressful emergent situations. Must also be able to respond quickly to the needs of the surgeon and patient.
