Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes; provide dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Administer prescribed medications, including cardiac meds; establish and maintain peripheral IV access
- Deliver care to adult telemetry patients, including stroke care considerations and adherence to isolation precautions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; document care and patient status in the electronic charting system
- Respond to alarms and patient changes; escalate to the charge nurse as needed
- Float within the telemetry/service line as needed to support patient care and unit coverage

Requirements
- Active RN license in Missouri or eligible/reciprocity; pending license accepted
- Minimum 2 years RN experience; first-time travel RNs accepted
- Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
- Core clinical skills: telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, peripheral IV care, non-invasive airway management
- Availability for 3x12 night shifts with weekend rotation; non-local candidates only (not within 75 miles)
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed); COVID-19 vaccine not required; documentation due by 3pm CST on the Monday before start; orientation of 38 hours
