About the Role: \n
\n

\n
• Internal Medicine Physician
\n
• Location: Suwanee, GA (Based in the very desirable Northern Atlanta area!)
\n
• Work Schedule: Clinic Runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Open to a 4 day week!
\n
• Excellent schools, amenities, and a very safe area of Atlanta to work and live.
\n
• Our practice is dedicated to treating adult patients, with a focus on both chronic and acute illnesses. With an emphasis on preventative care.
\n
• Patients will be adolescent and adults in age. This practice does not provide pediatric services.
\n
• Wide range of diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasounds, sleep studies, DEXA scans, spirometry, electrocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy.
\n
• Adult primary care focus (18+ only — no pediatrics)
\n
• EMR:  eClinicalWorks and Dragon Medical One for dictation.
\n
• Weekends & Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.
\n
• Patient Volume: The schedule accommodates 2 new or 3 established patients per hour. (Est. 20 per day)
\n
• Call Responsibilities: Very Minimal - Phone Only and Prescreened by a phone service.
\n
• Hospitals:  Affiliated with 3 hospital systems in the local area
\n
• Supportive Environment: Be part of a team of dedicated receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff.

Compensation and Benefits: \n
\n

\n
• Generous Base Salary and productivity bonuses -  Earn $300,000 - $400,000 / year!
\n
• Physician Keeps 30% of all annual billings above 900K
\n
• Signing Bonus:  $25,000 Sign On
\n

Candidate Background: \n
\n

• Board Eligible or Board Certified - Internal Medicine Physician
\n
• Ability to hold a Georgia State Medical License
\n
• No experience needed!
\n
• Commitment: Preference will be given to candidates with ties to the area seeking long-term employment.
\n
• Professionalism: Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion.
\n
• Coding & Billing Proficiency: Knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.
