About You

You are a self-directed, service-focused, team-player who brings at least a year of experience in a similar role and you have:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken & written); additional language skills are a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working with diverse clients
• Strong writing skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and able to learn new programs, systems, or applications quickly

About the Job

Legal Administrative Assistants play a key role in assisting our team, performing tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish + English) Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering telephone calls
• Greeting clients
• Receiving and sending firm mail
• Google Calendar management and scheduling
• Completing forms
• Occasional Spanish/English interpreting
• Providing various administrative support that keeps our team and office running smoothly

This job works in an office environment with close contact with other employees, standard levels of noise, movement, and odors, conditioned air and artificial light. No animals are permitted in the office space per our lease.
