Enjoy a flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts, primarily focusing on adult medical-surgical patients with occasional pediatric patients. You may have the opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed and may be asked to act as a Preceptor. Gain valuable Critical Access Client experience with a broad scope of practice including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care. As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients and practice at the top of your license in an environment that values your clinical expertise and decision-making skills. Using the Nursing Process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while meeting the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients across the lifespan.
