Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - LTC

Job Description

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) travel contract opportunities with our Long Term Care facility in Viroqua, WI.

Pay Rate:

$25.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)
$1,140/week (travel pay package if qualified)

Available Work Schedules:

5:45am - 2:15pm (Days)
1:45pm - 10:15pm (Evenings)
Guaranteed 40 hour schedule each week
Every other weekend

Contract Term: 10-13 weeks to start (extension likely)

Job Details:

Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
1+ year of CNA experience working in a LTC/SNF required (must have 1 year experience worked in last 3 years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
