This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced hotel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly upon arrival and departurePerform all check‑in and check‑out proceduresOperate phone systems and assist guests with inquiriesRegister guests and maintain accurate guest informationRespond to guest requests and emails in a timely mannerProvide hotel, service, and local area informationResolve guest concerns or refer to management when necessaryProcess payments and compute guest billsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as neededRequirementsPunctual, dependable, and professional with strong work ethicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComputer proficiency (Word, Excel, and internet use preferred)Ability to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysValid driver's license preferredSchedule & Position DetailsFull‑time and Part‑time opportunities availableShifts are 8 hoursHours may exceed 40 per week based on hotel occupancyNon‑exempt, hourly positionExperience & Education1 year of hotel or front desk experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCompensation$12.00 – $15.00 per hour, based on experienceBenefits (Full‑Time Employees)401(k)Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Discount RateSame‑Day Pay
