We’re looking for an experienced Lead Treatment Coordinator / Practice Administrator to help lead our front office operations and keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do In this role, you will be a key leader in our practice, overseeing both patient coordination and front office operations. Responsibilities include: Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression Manage phones, patient inquiries, and appointment requests Coordinate and optimize daily scheduling for efficient workflow Present and explain treatment plans with clarity and confidence Verify insurance benefits and guide patients through coverage details Discuss financial arrangements and payment options Collect and post payments, co-pays, and account balances Submit and follow up on insurance claims; resolve billing issues Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information Manage recall systems and patient reactivation efforts Lead front office communication and support team coordination Oversee administrative systems and drive office efficiency Monitor production and collection goals and support team performance Track expenses and assist with budget management Review P&L reports to identify growth opportunities Foster a positive, team-first culture and exceptional patient experience Qualifications Required Experience in a dental front office and/or treatment coordinating role Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation Experience with dental practice management software Positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred Experience managing production goals and office finances Ability to read and interpret P&L reports Prior leadership or administrative oversight experience Schedule Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, collaborative team environment Strong opportunity for career growth and long‑term stability Why Join Us?
