Director of Operations

A premier hospitality and property management organization along Florida’s vibrant Space Coast is seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Director of Operations to lead multi-departmental field and guest services teams. Position Responsibilities & Requirements Lead cross-departmental operations including Guest Services, Maintenance, Laundry & Inventory, Scheduling & Field Operations, and Owner Services, resolving escalated issues promptly and driving key decisions through to completion. Build and sustain a high-performance, guest-focused culture grounded in individual ownership and execution. 7+ years of leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations within hospitality, property management, or a related high-touch service industry, with a proven track record of managing managers. Strong background as a systems thinker with hands-on experience building scalable processes, SOPs, and operational discipline.
