A growing organization is hiring a Quality Systems Specialist to support established processes and dependable outcomes across a complex project. This hands-on position will help ensure work progresses smoothly from execution through final handoff. The selected candidate will work with various stakeholders to address challenges and help keep project activities moving forward.

Focus:

• Guide site review activities to support consistent workmanship and project performance.
• Ensure installed assets have reached the appropriate stage for validation and transition into use.
• Monitor the installation of power, cooling, control, and supporting infrastructure.
• Review inspection records, test evidence, supplier documentation, and field reports for completeness.
• Review readiness requirements to ensure appropriate protective measures are established prior to activation.
• Identify quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions, retesting, and final closure.
• Recognize performance gaps and collaborate with project teams to support resolution, follow-up evaluation, and completion.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, resolutions, testing outcomes, and acceptance status.
• Coordinate quality priorities and project risks with contractors, engineers, and site leadership.
• Support closeout activities by verifying operating manuals, warranties, record documents, and turnover materials.

Skill Set:

• Extensive background working in active construction environments with responsibility for reviewing work and supporting successful delivery.
• Previous experience supporting data centers, critical facilities, industrial plants, or similarly complex infrastructure.
• Broad familiarity with integrated building systems and the equipment required for dependable facility performance.
• Proficient in analyzing design materials, performance standards, and contractual information.
• Working knowledge of issue management, review procedures, resolution processes, and project recordkeeping.
• Understanding of industry requirements governing technical systems, workplace protection, performance verification, and project execution.
• Familiarity with digital tools used to coordinate projects, organize records, and document site activities
• Capable of managing information, coordinating priorities, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication, backed by relevant training or field experience.
