Digital Marketing, Content Specialist

Responsibilities Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, website, email marketing, paid advertising, and membership recruitment campaigns Monitor campaign performance and support A/B testing efforts Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness Schedule and publish content across all platforms Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice Monitor community comments/messages and track performance trends Develop graphics, flyers, digital ads, and marketing materials using brand templates Format content for multiple platforms and assist with photography/video coordination Manage editorial calendars and write/publish blog content Update landing pages and website content for accuracy Assist with launching/monitoring paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube/OTT Run A/B testing on digital ads, email campaigns, and landing pages Partner closely with the Membership team to track lead generation Compile weekly and monthly performance dashboards and reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience: internship, volunteer, or professional experience preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Experience interpreting marketing data and performance metrics Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms preferred Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Passion for mission‑driven work and storytelling Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in executing digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, while leveraging analytical skills to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
