About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing packaging company. This hybrid position requires regular commuting to our Austell, GA office and serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, and operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, order status updates, and shipment tracking details.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage order changes, expedite requests, and special customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential supply or delivery issues proactively.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and other customer-related documentation as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to enhance service and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, account management, or order management experience, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000, based on experience
