Head of Compliance, LATAM (Fully Remote)

Serve as senior compliance authority and lead regulator engagement across all LATAM jurisdictions. Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of MLROs and compliance professionals across multiple markets. Embed compliance requirements into strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansions. Qualifications: 10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, with deep LATAM regulatory knowledge. Strong expertise in KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, AML/FT, Sanctions, and managing regulatory inspections. Fluent in Spanish and English, with CAMS or FIBA certification preferred.
