Your RoleThe Executive Director of Enterprise Risk and Compliance leads the organization's compliance, enterprise risk, risk management, and privacy functions. The position maintains a compliance program that meets federal and state requirements and an enterprise risk framework that identifies, assesses, and reports the organization's material risks to leadership and the Board. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director is positioned with the independence the function requires: an administrative reporting line to the Chief Executive Officer and a functional reporting line to the Board of Directors, with direct access to the Board Chair on any matter involving a member of the executive team.
