Key Responsibilities Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high‑traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG’s insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand. Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value. Success Factors Consistent outreach Proactive engagement with prospective clients Strong follow‑up Community networking Building trust with clients Required Qualifications Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products. Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit. High School diploma or equivalent One (1) year(s) of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced, computer‑automated business environment (e.g., financial/banking). Insurance experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided to help you obtain required licenses and confidence in the role. Experience That Sets You Up for Success Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, follow‑up, pipeline management, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals. Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge, strong listening skills, and the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and deliver tailored value. Proven ability to generate new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, networking, and other business‑development efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑first mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations. Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Work Environment Work in a temperature‑controlled AAA branch location Ability to work varied hours, including possible weekends Some local travel to events may be required Compensation & Benefits Overview ACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.). Pay & Incentives Base Pay (non‑exempt) Typical first‑year earnings $55,000 – $70,000+ (based on performance) Ramp‑up Support $5,000 processed after 30 and 60 days of employment Supplemental pay for six months:

  • 200 per week during months 0–2
  • 150 per week during months 3–4
  • 100 per week during months 5–6
