Maintenance / HVAC Tech - Full Time - Senior Living (51696)

What a Blakeford Maintenance Tech Does:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations and operation manual.
• Perform maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc
• Assist inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspection, or repair of equipment, building and mechanical systems and structure
• Respond to fire, smoke, and panic alarms
• Keep maintenance shop and storage areas neat and orderly
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation (one Saturday per month)

*This is a temporary assignment covering a leave of absence*

Schedule is Mon - Fri (and one Saturday per month) from 7 am - 4 pm

• High school diploma or GED (Graduate of accredited technical school preferred);
• A minimum of two years' hands-on maintenance and/or mechanical experience; and
• Valid driver's license
• HVAC certification is a plus!
