Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Service Engineer to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support for our CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and support to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
• Assist in the development of service manuals and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Precision Machining Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or in house industrial maintenance technician working on CNC equipment.
• Strong understanding of CNC mills and lathes as well as and Fanuc control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed (up to 25% total overnight travel)
