APC offers opportunities to contribute to mission‑critical technologies used worldwide. Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mineral Wells, TX. This role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, including assisting with employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Generalist will help administer employee benefits, support payroll‑related data entry, and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. The role includes partnering with managers on performance management processes, supporting employee relations efforts, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The HR Generalist will also assist with HR reporting, HRIS updates, training coordination, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of HR Policies and employment law compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently. Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee education. Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills, including proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with team members at all levels and support an inclusive, respectful workplace. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and HR experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
