Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

Location: Kansas City, KS 66115

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Must be available to work until the job is finished when overtime is required.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

• Forklift Certification Pay Increase: Receive an additional $1.00–$1.50/hour after 90 days upon becoming forklift certified.

• Quarterly Bonus: Eligible employees may earn up to $1,500 quarterly bonuses , including temporary employees who meet qualification requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Move inventory, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.

• Pull, assemble, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations.

• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, side loaders, or cranes.

• Tag and identify materials while completing required documentation.

• Restock inventory and perform inventory spot checks.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety and quality standards.

• Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

• 0–5 years of relevant experience for Material Handler positions.

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred for Warehouse Associate positions.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
