About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Neuro) – Colorado**Start Date:** November 16, 2026 **Location:** Englewood, Colorado **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Day Shift**Highlights:**- 38-bed Neuro Medical/Surgical unit with experienced, collaborative team of 55+ staff members- Patient ratio of 5:1 or 6:1 with charge nurse support (2 charge nurses on day shift without patient assignments)- Work with diverse neuro patient population including stroke assessments, seizure monitoring, trach care, and feeding tube management- Equipment includes IV pumps, seizure monitoring, Bi-pap, C-pap, and glucometers- EMR system: Meditech- Patient care tech support on every shift**Requirements:**- Active Colorado RN license or compact state licensure- Minimum 1 year of current Medical/Surgical experience required- Current BLS certification required- ACLS certification preferred- Neuro experience strongly preferred- Meditech experience preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team focused on neuro patient care in a well-established unit.
