This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm, supportive environment. Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-focused lesson plans for toddlers Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities Supervise toddlers during play, meals, and rest times to ensure health and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support program goals Requirements: Experience working with toddlers or young children in a childcare or early education setting Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices CDA credential, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr
