Elevation Global is growing our Austin team and looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join us as Event Staff .

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want more than a traditional desk job. Our Event Staff represent client campaigns at live events and promotional locations throughout the Austin area, helping create positive customer experiences while supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness.

No extensive industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Event Staff, you will:

• Represent our clients at events, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing locations
• Engage directly with customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Assist with customer acquisition and campaign goals
• Create a positive and memorable customer experience
• Work alongside a team to execute events successfully
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and development
• Track customer interactions and campaign results
• Develop communication, sales, leadership, and business skills
