Staff Accountant

Staff AccountantLHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Staff Accountant to process transactions accurately, investigate financial discrepancies and assist with bank reconciliations. This role requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, ERP systems experience and excellent attention to detail. This temporary-to-hire role is in Walnut Creek, CA and the anticipated pay rate is $30/hr - $50/hr.Responsibilities:Transfer funds to pay invoices and vendorsDeposit receipts and process refundsRecord all transactions through journal entriesPrepare financial reports and analyses as requestedComplete bank reconciliationsInvestigate financial discrepancies and research complex issuesAssist with annual filing and preparation of 1099sWork on various accounting projects as neededQualifications:Minimum 3 years of accounting experienceExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExperience with ERP systems requiredProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical skillsAbility to adapt and respond quickly to changing prioritiesPay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hourSearch managed by: Sara NeuvilleBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
