The Company is in search of a President to spearhead its precision CNC machining manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth by developing new business, opening strategic accounts, and expanding the company's presence across various precision manufacturing markets. This hands-on, hunter-oriented leadership role requires a proven track record in sales, particularly in the area of build-to-print, made-to-order CNC machining solutions. The President will be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging an existing network, and will be instrumental in developing and executing a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue. Key responsibilities include customer acquisition, relationship development, and close collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure the delivery of successful customer solutions. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in precision CNC machining, contract manufacturing, or precision metal manufacturing. The role demands a candidate with strong business acumen, including experience in managing budgets and P&L, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure profitable growth.
