Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) – Portland, OR
Join Ardor Health Solutions for an exciting Home Health OT opportunity in Portland, Oregon. We're seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist who is comfortable working independently in the field and providing exceptional patient care in the home setting.

Requirements
- Active Oregon OT License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous Home Health experience required
- Experience with OASIS documentation strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage an independent caseload and travel between patient homes
