Prior LPN experience is desirable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be the backbone of the clinical department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care according to their care plans. Your duties include conducting resident assessments, leading nursing teams, and advocating for residents to maintain their comfort and safety.
