Retail Sales Lead As a dedicated and passionate Sales Lead, you will support the store leadership team by ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved. You model the voice of our brand, provide sales‑related feedback, and coach associate performance. Responsibilities Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress and results against key targets. Foster a consumer‑centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates. Interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service. Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives. Qualifications Preferred: 1 year of related professional retail experience (not required). Proven communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Team leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan. Formal education is nice to have; focus is on overall experience and achievements. Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range: $19.90 - $24.84 USD per hour. Incentive potential includes annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission.
