Sales Account Associate

As a Sales Account Associate for Team Cyrus State Farm, you drive revenue by converting agency-provided leads into bound business. This is a primarily sales-focused (99%) role. You stay high-energy, follow up consistently, and guide quotes through issuance—ensuring submissions are processed correctly end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead follow-up: Contact and nurture agency leads with a disciplined follow-up process.
• Multi-line quoting: Build and manage quotes across multiple coverage lines based on client needs.
• Pipeline & quotas: Manage an active sales pipeline, hitting activity goals (calls, emails, appointments, submissions) and sales quotas.
• Quote-to-issue follow-through: Track submission status, coordinate next steps, and resolve issues quickly to ensure timely issuance.
• Referral generation: Create additional opportunities by requesting and obtaining referrals from satisfied customers and your network.
• Customer relationships: Maintain professional, upbeat interactions that support conversion.
• Documentation: Keep accurate notes, statuses, and customer info organized in the agency system.

Qualifications (Required): Previous insurance experience, active insurance licensing, proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close, self-motivated, high energy, goal-driven, detail-oriented with strong organization and accuracy, excellent communication skills and confidence to move conversations toward a sale.

This is a remote position. Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
