Seasonal: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) (T3219)

The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $17.75 - $26.65 USD per hour. Job Overview Small Format Team Members ensure the sales floor is always well-stocked, accurately priced, and ready for guests. They play a key role in guest service, merchandising, and inventory management across all departments in our store. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve guests while maintaining minimal disruption. Work in all departments to keep the sales floor fully stocked and properly zoned. Push and stock product to the sales floor and execute adjacent changes and transitions. Conduct weekly price change work and ensure accurate signage. Complete scans and conduct system audits for inventory accuracy. Support major transitions and ISM activities. Provide cashiering, order pick‑up, and drive‑up services where applicable. Accurately execute all pulls (daily autofills, CAFs, out of stock, manuals, guest requests) and back‑stock products. Process inbound deliveries using the receive application. Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits. Operate power equipment only if certified. Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy, following equipment guidelines. Follow processes accurately, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks. Provide a consistent, guest‑first shopping experience. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Perform any other duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Experience in retail business fundamentals: sales trends, pricing, promotion strategies, inventory management, and process efficiency. Experience supporting the daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals. Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and ability to build a guest‑first culture. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Positive, welcoming, and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues. Comfortable with current technology and ability to adapt quickly. Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Physical & Work Requirements Accurately handle cash register operations. Climb up and down ladders. Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance required.
