Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably within the private equity sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to strategize and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations is an advantage.
