Responsibilities:

• Lead the Food Service Team: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality food presentation, and efficient service delivery.

• Develop and Manage Menus: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our guests, while also considering our budget and resources.

• Ensure Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, ensuring compliance with local health and sanitation regulations and guidelines.

• Manage Inventory and Budget: Oversee food inventory, ordering, and budgeting, ensuring that we are operating within our means and maintaining high levels of food quality.

• Build Relationships with Vendors: Establish and maintain positive relationships with food suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Assist with Training and Development: Provide training and support to food service staff, assisting with onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing skill development.
