Job Snapshot Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages to proper service spec and recipe standards Engage with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all alcoholic beverage safe service regulations Set up and break down bar and surrounding areas What You'll Need to Succeed 2 years of experience in a fast paced and high standard bar setting Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands Working knowledge of craft beer, craft spirits and food Bonus points for interest in vintage arcade games A passion for hospitality and customer service Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including remaining on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Benefits and Perks Full-time hourly employees may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits below subject to ACA eligibility terms.
