Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring the organization maintains a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. This individual will play a key role in supporting company growth while fostering an engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace policies.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Administer employee benefits programs and act as a resource for benefit-related questions.

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Manage performance review processes and support employee development initiatives.

Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.

Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits administration.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.

Experience with organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Background in change management and strategic HR initiatives.
