Travel Speech Language Pathologist

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Arizona.

Job Details

• Outpatient Speech Pathology setting,
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, 9-hour shifts,
• 13-week contract,
• Cerner EMR used in this position,
• 40 hours per week,

Job Requirements

• Active and unrestricted SLP license for the state of Arizona; pending licenses will not be accepted (license required if applicable),
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required; pending certifications will not be accepted,
• Current BLS certification (AHA),
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed SLP,
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration,
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire,

Additional Information

• Candidates must permanently reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; driver's license is used to verify permanent address,
• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates who worked PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered,
