We are seeking a MALE Behavioral Technician/ Driver to join our team!
Hours 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Transporting clients to and from local sober living homes to facility Monday thru Friday
- Assist in scheduling and transportation of appointments
- Scheduling and ordering lunch
- Take attendance
- Perform Urine Analysis Testing on male clients
- Counsel and advise individuals or groups with substance abuse/Mental health
- Facilitating groups 2X a week
- Clinical Documentation
Qualifications:
- SUDRC/ RADT credential (minimum)
- Valid CA drivers license with no restrictions
- CPR/AED/First aid certificate (needed within 1st week of hire)
- TB test (needed within 1st week of hire)
- Previous experience in a treatment setting
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
