Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II, you will:

Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
Prepare reagents and report results according to established policies and procedures
Perform moderate to high complexity laboratory testing
Maintain computer applications and troubleshoot as needed
Maintain laboratory equipment and supply inventory
Assist with training and orientation of testing personnel
Evaluate staff competencies
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

4 years of Clinical laboratory experience required

Licensure / Certification

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License(Required)
