What Would You Do?

As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring excellence in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V). You'll coach and support crew members, maintain operational standards, and create an environment where guests receive outstanding service every visit.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Coach, develop, and motivate crew members to perform their best.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure food quality, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance throughout each shift.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment.
• Support inventory management and proper product handling.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Communicate effectively with fellow managers to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Help achieve restaurant goals for service, operations, and profitability.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.

• Are dependable, organized, and able to make decisions under pressure.
• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
