About the Role:

Single Source Insurance Inc is looking for a driven and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Identify client coverage needs and recommend appropriate commercial lines products and policies
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions
• Communicate with carriers to negotiate coverage terms and competitive pricing
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, coverage questions, and claims support
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries for prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems

Requirements:

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience in commercial lines insurance, account management, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including GL, BOP, Workers' Comp, and Commercial Auto
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with agency management software (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Self-motivated team player with a client-first mindset
