Clinical Nurse Educator - Hemodynamic Monitoring (per diem) - Central US

$40 - $45 per hour

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to deliver training on hemodynamic monitoring devices to healthcare professionals at hospitals across the central US. The per diem role requires travel to multiple sites and leverages critical care nursing expertise to support medical device implementations.

Responsibilities

Deliver peer-to-peer education and in-service training to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff on patient and hemodynamic monitors
Assess facility-specific educational needs and design tailored learning experiences
Answer clinical questions and troubleshoot concerns related to medical device functionality
Document and report training outcomes, feedback, and implementation progress to clients

Requirements

Active, unrestricted RN license with Associate degree minimum (Bachelor's preferred)
3+ years critical care experience (ICU or ER) in hospital setting within last 5 years
Demonstrated experience with hemodynamics and pressure line management
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to travel regionally and nationally; located within 1 hour of major airport
Comfort with basic software programs
Current immunizations required per healthcare facility credentialing standards

Compensation: $40-$45 per hour
