General Utility Worker Location: Conover, NC
Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour - (4) days off, (4) days on
Employment Type: Full Time / [Specify Temp/Contract if applicable] Job Description: As an General Utility Worker with Kelly Services, you will play a key role in assisting daily operations at our client’s facilities. This role involves prepping and rolling, splitting cores, and supporting general warehouse or manufacturing functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prep rolls and split cores according to process guidelines.
• Provide general warehouse support, including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Assist with supply management and restocking materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Support quality control by identifying and removing defective materials.
• Follow all instructions from department management and participate in all training programs.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Willingness to follow company safety rules at all times.
