Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Active Secret Clearance)

Most federal AI programs fail in production. Striveworks hires engineers to fix that. As a Senior ML Engineer early in your career, you'll own real projects that matter—monitoring deployed models, catching performance drift, and keeping systems trustworthy when they're actually used. This isn't training data; it's production responsibility.

You'll work directly with customers, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements, build data pipelines, develop ML models, and create custom analytics applications. You'll move between customer-driven projects and the company's core platform. The work spans the full lifecycle: from lab to field to sustained operation.

This role fits engineers with strong math foundations, experience in Python or similar languages, and portfolios showing real model work. Computer science, math, physics, or engineering backgrounds are common. You need an Active Secret Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
