We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join its growing accounting firm. This position offers a partnership track, equity incentives, competitive compensation, and performance-based bonuses .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop associates and senior associates.
- Review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
- Prepare complex federal and multi-state tax returns as needed.
- Manage client engagements, communications, and requests.
- Review work prepared by associates and senior-level staff.
- Prepare and review tax projections and tax-planning engagements.
- Conduct tax research and prepare technical tax memos.
- Assist with IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices.
- Support Partners with consulting and special projects.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- Public accounting experience required.
- Experience with financial statement compilations and reviews is a plus.
- Strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
