Wyoming Child and Family Development is seeking a Family Advocate to recruit and enroll children while engaging with families to assess strengths, needs, and goals related to engagement outcomes. The role partners with a team to address needs through interventions, referrals, and follow-up support, promoting health, nutrition, school readiness, and community involvement.
