Full-Time BDC Associate-Appointment Setter position available at Audi Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships.We have an immediate opening for a friendly, customer-focused professional to join our service team as a BDC Associate. In this vital role, you will be working to maintain and grow the service department customer base. You will accomplish this by responding to and reaching out to current and former service customers to schedule service appointments.We are a large volume store and need a strong candidate with previous BDC experience. You will also perform other administrative duties as needed. Exceptional customer service skills are required.Setting, confirming, and following up on appointmentsFollowing up and maintaining relationships with former customersDetermining each customer's needs by active listeningPerforming surveys with customersService BDC Associate RequirementsAs a Customer Service/BDC Associate, you will represent Sunset Automotive Group and help to maintain our stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service.
